Lussurio Casino Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 June 2025
These Terms of Use govern access to lussurio.com, account management, payments, bonuses and participation in games. By creating an account, visiting the Website or using its services, the Player confirms that these terms have been read and accepted.
If the Player does not accept any part of these terms, the Website and its services must not be used.
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Where translations are available, the English-language version takes priority in the event of an inconsistency.
1. Agreement and legal framework
1.1. Gambling involves financial risk. A Player may lose some or all funds deposited into an account. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain locations, and the Casino does not provide legal advice or guarantee that use of the Website is lawful in every jurisdiction.
Each Player is responsible for checking the laws that apply in their place of residence or current location. Accessing the Website, making deposits and placing wagers are done at the Player’s own discretion and risk.
Only persons aged 18 or over may use the Website. Where local law sets a higher minimum gambling age, that higher age requirement applies. Gambling can become harmful, and Players are expected to use the available responsible gambling controls when necessary.

1.3. The Casino may update these terms when operational, legal, regulatory or technical changes make an update necessary. Significant changes may be communicated through the Website or other available communication channels. Players should review this page regularly.
1.4. These terms form a binding agreement between the Player and the Casino. Registration or continued use of the Website confirms acceptance of the current version.
1.5. The Player agrees that the Casino may send account notices, service messages, security information and promotional communications through electronic messages, SMS, telephone calls or Website notifications.
Promotional communications may be disabled through the available account settings or unsubscribe options. Essential messages concerning account security, balances, payments or Website operation may still be sent.
2. Regional access to games

If a Player accesses restricted services by hiding their actual location, the Casino may:

Funds, bonuses or winnings obtained through false geolocation may be cancelled and may not be recoverable.

5.3. The Player is responsible for keeping their username, password and other login details secure. Account credentials must not be shared with another person.
The Casino is not responsible for account activity caused by the Player intentionally or accidentally disclosing their login information.
5.4. The Website uses SSL encryption for the transmission of account and transaction data. Personal information is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties.
5.5. Withdrawals must normally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, where that method supports withdrawals.
5.6. The Player must keep all account information up to date and report material changes through the available account or support channels.
5.7. Players may not:
- transfer account funds to another Player;
- receive transfers from another Player;
- sell, purchase or assign an account;
- allow another person to use their account.
5.8. If a wager, payment, price, return, spread or settlement is accepted or processed incorrectly, the Casino may cancel the affected transaction or recalculate it using the correct terms that should have applied.
5.9. A Player who discovers a software fault, incomplete feature or incorrect result must not attempt to benefit from it. The issue should be reported promptly through the contact options provided on the Website.
The Casino may seek compensation for losses and costs resulting from deliberate exploitation or failure to report a known error.
5.10. Payments may be withheld where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of system manipulation. The Casino may suspend access, cancel affected activity and refer suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities.
The Casino may also remove, replace or modify games and events offered on the Website.
5.11. Only one account is permitted per Player. Accounts opened under another name, duplicate accounts and accounts used on behalf of another person may be closed immediately.
Where multiple accounts are identified, the Casino may retain funds held in those accounts and prevent the Player from registering again.
6. Deposits and account funding
6.1. Real-money games may be used only when the account contains sufficient cleared funds. Free or demonstration games may be offered at the Casino’s discretion.
6.2. The Casino does not apply a general minimum deposit amount. Individual bonuses and payment providers may impose their own minimum or maximum limits, which will be displayed in the cashier or promotion rules.
Selected cryptocurrencies may be used where they are supported.
6.3. The Casino may credit an account with a personal bonus. The amount, availability, wagering requirement, withdrawal condition and expiry period will be stated in the relevant promotion or loyalty rules.
6.4. The Casino is not a bank or other financial institution. Account balances do not earn interest.
6.5. The Website does not operate as a currency exchange and does not provide independent conversion services.
6.6. Deposits must be made using the Player’s own funds from a lawful and identifiable source. By depositing, the Player confirms that the money is not borrowed for gambling purposes.
6.7. Technical deposit limits may not be available for payments made through certain cryptocurrency networks.
6.8. Players who wish to control their spending may set available limits in their account or request assistance through the support options shown on the Website.
6.9. A payment card must not be used for gambling transactions where online gambling is unlawful in the Player’s location.
6.10. The cardholder is responsible for understanding the laws that apply to online gambling transactions in their country of residence.
6.11. Minors may not register, deposit or participate in any real-money activity offered by the Website.
6.12. A chargeback or payment reversal may result in account closure and the outstanding amount being deducted from the account balance.
7. Withdrawals and verification
7.1. The minimum withdrawal is USD 25 or its equivalent. The maximum amount permitted in one withdrawal request is USD 500.
A Player wishing to withdraw more than USD 500 must submit separate requests, subject to the applicable daily and account limits.
7.2. Funds credited by mistake remain the property of the Casino and may be removed from the account.
If the Player withdraws money that was credited incorrectly, the amount becomes a debt owed to the Casino. The Player must report any incorrect credit as soon as it is discovered.
7.3. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal and again at any later stage. The documents requested may include:
- a passport or national identity document;
- proof of residential address;
- copies or images relating to the payment card used for a deposit;
- other information reasonably required to confirm identity, ownership of funds or account activity.
7.4. All documents submitted during verification must be genuine, valid and unaltered. False or misleading documents may result in account closure and the removal of deposits, bonuses or winnings where permitted.
7.5. Before a withdrawal can be requested, active deposited funds must be wagered at least three times. This means that the total qualifying betting turnover must equal at least three times the deposited amount.
This requirement supports anti-money laundering controls. The Player is responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that apply to their winnings.
7.6. Cryptocurrency must be sent through the correct network and to the correct address. Funds sent to an incompatible address or network may be permanently lost.
The Casino is not required to recover such transfers. Where recovery is technically possible, a service fee may be charged, and recovery cannot be guaranteed.
7.7. The Website’s internal operating currencies are EUR and USD. Transactions made in another currency may be converted by the payment processor or the Player’s bank.
The final amount charged may differ slightly from the amount shown due to exchange rates and conversion fees.
7.8. Withdrawal processing depends on account verification, the payment method and the relevant provider. Internal review usually takes up to 72 hours but may take longer.
After the Casino releases a withdrawal, the time needed for the funds to arrive is determined by the chosen payment service.
7.9. Additional Know Your Customer checks may be carried out during any deposit or withdrawal process, including the first deposit.
7.10. The Casino may contact the telephone number registered on the account as part of verification. No withdrawal will be completed until all requested checks have been passed.
7.11. An account is not a savings, banking or investment product. No interest, exchange service or financial return is provided on stored balances.
7.12. LSU funds may be wagered only on eligible Lussurio slot games. Bets placed on other categories do not contribute to LSU wagering.
Different contribution rules may apply to specific promotions and will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
7.13. The Casino may exclude certain bets from wagering turnover. In particular, bets in Instant Win or Crash games may be disregarded where the winning multiplier is below 1.1.
Bets may also be excluded where the Casino reasonably identifies minimal-risk play, bonus misuse, artificial turnover or fraudulent activity.
7.14. LSU may be used only while the Player’s LSU balance is below the applicable Max Cashout and until wagering has been completed.
If wagering is complete and the LSU balance is equal to or greater than the Max Cashout, LSU gameplay will be disabled. While this condition applies, the LSU balance, including any amount above the Max Cashout, cannot be played or converted into cash.
7.15. The standard daily withdrawal limit is USD 1,000. A different limit may be agreed individually for certain Players through their personal account manager.
Any increase or removal of a withdrawal limit is discretionary and requires prior approval.
8. Self-exclusion and responsible gambling
8.1. When a valid self-exclusion request is received, the Casino will close the relevant account and prevent further play through that account.
Reasonable measures will be taken to identify and block new accounts connected to the self-excluded Player. The Player must not attempt to register again using different information.
The Casino is not responsible for losses incurred through other accounts that were opened by concealing the Player’s identity or breaching the self-exclusion restriction.
9. Inactive accounts
9.1. An account is considered inactive when the Player has not signed in for six consecutive months.
Once an account becomes inactive, the Casino may charge a monthly administrative fee equal to 5% of the balance or USD 100, whichever is higher.
9.2. The Player authorises the Casino to deduct this fee from the beginning of the month following the date on which the account became inactive and during each later month of inactivity.
The fee stops when the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
9.3. Costs connected with a refund from an inactive account are payable by the Player.
9.4. If an account remains inactive for 48 months, the remaining balance may be confiscated.
10. Account closure
10.1. A Player may request account closure through the contact options provided on the Website. Subject to verification and these terms, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned using a method selected by the Company.
10.2. To prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and account misuse, the Casino may carry out additional verification before closing an account.
This may include:
- requesting current identity documents;
- confirming the source of funds;
- requesting a clear photograph of the Player holding a current identity document;
- conducting a video interview through an approved video-call service.
These checks may be required even where the account was verified previously. Failure to attend a scheduled interview without a valid reason may be treated as refusal to complete verification.
10.3. The Company may close an account and return the remaining balance after deducting applicable withdrawal charges. Where permitted by law, the Company is not required to provide advance notice or a reason.
11. Limits of responsibility
11.1. The Player is responsible for declaring and paying any taxes that apply to winnings or other account transactions.
11.2. By participating in games, the Player accepts the possibility of losing deposited funds.
11.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for losses or damage caused directly or indirectly by:
- typographical, translation, display or interpretation errors;
- incorrectly heard or read information;
- transaction, registration or settlement errors;
- technical failure, interruption or malfunction;
- cancellation of a game or event;
- circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control;
- a breach of these terms by the Player or another person;
- collusion, fraud or other criminal conduct;
- information or recommendations provided through the Website or by a third party;
- changes in exchange rates or other financial market conditions.
11.4. The Company is not liable for indirect, unusual or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the Website or from a failure to perform these terms where the loss could not reasonably have been anticipated when the agreement was formed.
11.5. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company’s total liability relating to a wager will not exceed the amount of the wager that directly gave rise to the claim.
11.6. The Company may close a Player’s account and return the remaining balance after deducting applicable withdrawal costs, without giving advance notice or a reason where this is legally permitted.
12. Fraud prevention
12.1. The Company uses fraud-detection systems and account monitoring procedures. An account may be closed and payments suspended where the Player is suspected of conduct including:
- collusion with another Player;
- fraud against the Casino or another operator;
- payment denial or unjustified chargebacks;
- opening multiple accounts;
- cheating or manipulating results;
- using bankruptcy proceedings to avoid valid obligations;
- delaying game rounds to gain an advantage;
- leaving large unresolved bets active;
- exploiting software defects or technical faults.
Suspected unlawful conduct may be reported to regulators, payment providers or law-enforcement authorities.
12.2. Bonuses and promotions may not be used solely to create a guaranteed or positive expected return through known advantage techniques.
Examples include keeping game rounds, Free Spins or bonus features unfinished until wagering has ended, or making a new deposit while a previous bonus feature remains available.
Where this occurs, the Casino may cancel winnings, remove bonuses, reject withdrawals and close the account.
12.3. Collusion, bots, programmed devices and automated gameplay systems are prohibited.
12.4. The Casino may close an account and return the remaining balance after deducting applicable charges, without providing advance notice or a reason where permitted.
12.5. Before a refund is calculated, bonuses and winnings may be removed from the account balance.
13. Fair play and prohibited betting methods
13.1. The following roulette patterns are not allowed while wagering bonus funds:
- betting on both red and black during the same round;
- betting on both odd and even during the same round;
- covering more than 24 roulette numbers in one round.
If these patterns are used with bonus funds, the bonus and related winnings may be removed. The original deposit and winnings generated without bonus funds will remain unaffected.
13.2. Sports wagers at odds of 1.10 or lower do not contribute to wagering requirements.
Betting on every possible outcome of the same event to secure a result regardless of the outcome is also excluded.
13.3. Betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus turnover are prohibited. This includes:
- winning a large amount in a low-contribution game and then moving to a high-contribution game solely to complete wagering;
- repeatedly increasing stakes after wins and sharply reducing them after losses as part of an artificial wagering pattern.
13.4. Game features, technical errors and software faults must not be used to inflate wagering turnover. Prohibited conduct includes improper use of gamble or double-up features and deliberate exploitation of a system defect.
13.5. Extremely rapid betting intended only to complete or exhaust wagering requirements may be treated as irregular play.
13.6. Bots, scripts, automatic clickers, emulators and any third-party software that automates gameplay or interacts with the Website in a non-human manner are prohibited.
13.7. Players must not cooperate with individuals, groups or betting syndicates to manipulate games, share bonuses, pool funds or bypass wagering rules.
13.8. Where the Casino determines that a Player has breached this section, it may take one or more of the following actions:
- remove funds obtained through the prohibited method;
- cancel active or previously credited bonuses;
- temporarily suspend the account;
- permanently close the account and prevent further registration;
- require repayment of bonuses withdrawn or used contrary to these terms.
For conduct covered by clauses 13.1, 13.3 and 13.5, the Casino may ban the Player and refund the full remaining account balance.
14. Refund review
14.1. A Player may submit a refund request or complaint through the customer support options available on the Website.
14.2. To review a refund request, the Casino may require:
- clear images of both sides of a passport, driving licence or another accepted identity document;
- proof of address issued within the previous 90 days;
- a bank statement, government document, household bill or similar evidence showing the Player’s name and address;
- an original PDF statement or bill where required.
14.3. A decision on a refund request may take up to 10 business days.
14.4. If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the Player’s account and the approved procedure will normally be completed within 48 hours after the decision.
14.5. Bonuses and winnings may be removed before the refundable amount is calculated.
14.6. Refund requests must be submitted through the contact method provided on the Website.
15. Complaints and disputes
15.1. Complaints may be submitted to the customer support team using the instructions shown on the Website.
15.2. Complaints are reviewed by the support department and may be escalated within the Casino where the matter cannot be resolved immediately. The Player will receive reasonable updates while the case is being considered.
15.3. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, the Player may refer it to an independent dispute body, relevant gaming authority or licensing regulator identified on the Website.
15.4. Casino server records, transaction logs and game records are treated as the authoritative evidence when resolving a dispute.
If the result displayed on the Player’s screen differs from the result recorded by the game server, the server record will prevail.
15.5. The Casino may contact the Player regarding a complaint or dispute using the details stored in the account.
16. Suspension, termination and use of content
16.1. If the Player breaches these terms, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, the Casino may:
- refuse registration;
- suspend or close the account;
- cancel bonuses or winnings;
- withhold payments;
- apply available funds against losses caused by the breach.
16.2. The Casino will make the final internal determination as to whether conduct amounts to a breach that justifies suspension or permanent exclusion, subject to any rights available under applicable law.
16.3. All rights in the Website, services and content are reserved by the Company and its licensors. Content may be used only as expressly allowed by these terms.
16.4. A Player must not:
- remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
- use content in a way that infringes the rights of the Company or another party;
- use Website material for an unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- copy, edit, remix, reproduce, publish, perform, display, broadcast, frame or commercially exploit Website content;
- use the content to generate advertising revenue, subscription income or other commercial benefit;
- redistribute Website information to third parties;
- archive or store content for access by anyone other than the authorised user.
17. Ownership of Website materials
17.1. The Website design, software, services, graphics, text, trademarks and other content are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws.
These rights belong to lussurio.com, the Company or their respective licensors.
17.2. A Player may view, download, store, print, quote and cite content only for personal and non-commercial use. Appropriate acknowledgement must be given where required.

Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be treated as entertainment and never as a reliable source of income. Players should decide on a spending limit before playing, monitor the time spent on the Website and avoid chasing losses.

The Website is available only to adults who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
